Meals
The meals and beverages served at KAN are made with the finest ingredients and are gentle on the body and soul.
We prepare meals using only the finest ingredients and seasonal foods for our guests to relax and enjoy.
Our meals are home-style Japanese cuisine, with vegetables as the main ingredient and a few fish. We use a variety of seasonal ingredients such as spring vegetables in the spring, eggplant and cucumbers in the summer, pumpkins and sweet potatoes in the fall, and radishes and green onions in the winter.
The rice for the meal is “earth rice” produced with contract farmers and cooked with natural water.
We can also provide dishes tailored to vegetarians.
